Reach up and touch your heart, tenderly…

Resting effortlessly in this state of

Touching your heart, smiling to yourself….

Simply allow the breaths to come and flow…

and allow other experiences – thoughts, sounds, sensations- that arise

to simply come and flow

within this space of

Hold this state of

for a short while…. 20-30 seconds,

then, relax for a moment…

and then

begin again with another cycle of this meditation of
